I am perplexed as I listened to the Appellate Court of Illinois Hearing of July 20, 2016 docket 4-15-0860 of "YWCA of McLean County vs City of Bloomington Human Relations." This is where an African American Male was allegedly fired from his job at the YWCA in Nov 2012 after an argument with a white female intern who was allowed to continue her internship. The African American filed discrimination charges with the Bloomington Human Relations and it was determined that he was wrongfully dismissed. ... you can hear the proceedings by clicking on the sight below.https://www.courtlistener.com/audio/24229/ywca-of-mclean-county-v-city-of-bloomington-human-relations/?order_by=dateArgued+desc&type=oa.The Appellate Court again ruled in this African American Male's favor. I am asking the YWCA to right their wrong. Our community deserves better. Feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Willie Holton Halbertdime54@aol.com
My child went herehere for two yrs, without a hitch... almost. Up until a few months ago before she got yet another new teacher, (the turnover rate is outrageous!), she was doing fine. But when she got this new teacher, things went downhill. She started exhibiting behaviors that she hadn't before, as far as being unusually violent towards this one teacher. Now don't get me wrong, my kid is no saint, but she is not this out of control demon that they tried to make her look like. Anyway, they went through all of the steps to get her kicked out within a matter of about a month, without even putting in the effort of getting to the root of the problem. Mind you, that was the only time she exhibited that behavior. I think the problem is that everyone who works there doesn't have the experience it takes to deal with a challenging kid. Most of the teachers there are under 30 yrs old. For that reason, I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone... EVER!!!!!
I don't even know where to start. I used to work for a company which i will not say the name. I recently got a phone call on my cell phone from a creditor trying to collect money on a past due bill, which is no big deal but there issue is not with me it's with a company that i used to work for which has nothing to do with me. I tried to explain this to the people that i no longer work there and that they would have to reach the place of operation that owed the money, Instead i have now gotten calls everyday for 4 days from this place harassing me and yelling at me telling me to take care of a bill that has nothing to with me. These people should be ashamed of themselves for the way they talk to people. I have contacted my lawyer for harassment and i will be suing. Take care
