Horrible customer service. I had someone come and repair a seal on m front load washer and when it was ut back togehter something if off and now it won't spin and drain. I called customer service and asked them to come next day Saturday to fix their mistake and Sears refuses to make it right b squeezing in an emergency appt to fixtheir error. They want me to lose money and take time off work to accomodate their schedule to correct their mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Website is slow, unorganized, Cluttered, extremely difficult to navigate and on top of that I wanted to add items to our wedding registry and was directed to "Save your way" login. I don't have a membership nor do I want one with SaveYourWay but the "No thanks" option must have been broken. So then me and my fiance went directly to the store to add items and their scanner was impossible to use. Within one hour we were able to scan three items. The rest of the time was with store employees, and a manager at one point, to try and get the thing to work. The computer terminal in store you use to log in must have still been using dialup because I couldn't login for ten minutes. Eventually I pulled up my registry info on my phone because it was faster. The manager only had apologies and no solutions. Only thing it has going for it that there are a lot of employees standing around if you need one.
This facility is conveniently located near the Stratford Mall, with easy in/easy out parking lot close to the door. While grossly understaffed each time I visited, this repair center does exactly what it advertises: Repairs equipment and appliances as well as stocking equipment and common parts and accessories. Wait time for service is not as daunting as the wait time just to be served while standing in line, but in my opinion, well worth it. Please don't take your frustrations out on the employees; It's not their fault there is not enough of them to handle the amount of customers. Along with servicing and new parts sales, this facility also usually carries 'refurbished' equipment, which is usually a great deal. I've had my blowers, vaccume, mower, chainsaw, string-trimmer, snow-blower and power-washer serviced here in the past. I've always been happy with the repairs done. You will be too. (As a side-note, I'm unsure as to the reason others have given this facility a lower star rating, as they haven't given a review or reasoning. I personally wouldn't take the lower star rating to heart without explaination.)
