Absolutely horrible customer service. Didn’t order my phone when they were suppose to and when i called to find out where it was, I was told they had what I wanted in store only to go there and it wasnt what I wanted. They assumed I would just pay for the larger storage amount than what I wanted. And also lied about our conversation. Needless to say, my family and I are going to another Verizon to purchase our phones.
Absolutely the worse experience with this store. The sales reps don't have a clue what they are doing. They just say what you want to hear and the bill says something totally different. Go to Boost. They have the same network as Sprint with way lower rates and not ignorant reps. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The professionalism was two thumbs down. The store manager acted as if he was doing me a favor after I notified him of several mistakes made by his team. Took more than a week to receive my replacement phone, the loaner phone they provided had all the previous owner's data on it, smh. If I was the store owner I'd reevaluate how things are being ran because the customer service was horrible. I recommend that you never go to this store. I had to go back up there several times, &the wait time was ridiculous. Goodbye Sprint Hello ATT&T!!
