Before signing or availing their services you need to know that they are not what they say they are. The employees are not REAL PARALEGALS!! They are hoaxes. And reality check! There are no lawyers working in your case, messages and information are automatically generated

Furthermore, they do not only violate the rights of people, they also violate the CROA law. Here’s how:

1. Even if the management knew their team violates the CROA law, up till now they haven’t made modifications about it. One of their violations of the CROA is that they repeatedly enter wrong information.

2. Because of the way Experian list the things in their system, when they upload Experian reports, their system marks it as if it was deleted off your credit report and moved to a positive credit line. Their customer then sends out an email saying it was removed even if it was not. This is clearly a violation of FEDERAL LAW.

3. Another thing that makes them the worst is concerning closing cases. Every employee is required to attain a quota. When they talk a client into not closing the case, they get a percentage out of it, because if they close a case, it will count against them. After a couple of months of not having removed the case, they will have a 3% share of your payment.

And this happens ALL THE TIME, and they are aware of this yet they do not hold the phone reps accountable. When you close your case, write down the date and time and name of the reps to protect you and so you can sue them as well for malpractice.

Stay away from this attorney!! He overbills and gets nothing done. He will cheat you beyond belief. He lies straight to you and claims work has been done that hasn't. He even cancels hearings without letting you know!! Talks about himself constantly and then bills you for the time he spends telling you about his life history.
