After my Collision work is all done The Body Shop that done my repairs informs me that I have issues with my brakes. Now that my vehicle is repaired I've been take it to my closest Chrysler service Department which was Southfield they inform me that the issues that arised where indeed from a recall. The recall was from a Brake Booster Failure. So the Accident was not my Fault.Southfield Chrysler repairs this and I'm a FCA employee I inform corporate. And I'm told this matter was taking care of by previous owner then failed in my possesion and Chrysler Corp then informs me that I wasn't issued a possible Recall for the fact previous owner had Recall repaired Once. I asked to only be Reimbursed for my collision repairs after faxing all necessary documents to back up my occurrence. FCA has Denied me 3 Times to no Avail and now the vehicle has major engine problems which started in 2015 and Golling Chrysler Bloomfield was the Service that came to there conclusion my Durango had Left Cylinder head damage which Golling changed only the Left Head and now May of 2017 I take my Durango for my Free Oil Change which Golling Poicy is NO TOP OFF OF FLUIDS oil filter and oil only Everything else Cost. I asked the Service Advisor Brandon can you Note to check my coolant Level he then informs me of The No Topoff Policy. I then inform Brandon I have my Own Coolant the Tech can use on my Rearseat. After 2 weeks and 400 miles later CHECK ENGINE warning and my Durango is Done. Towed home then next day towed to Golling and a Wasted $163 just to told My ENGINE Locked.How do you check a Locked Engine and Golling tells me that I not only need a radiator a starter in a thermostat but the engine is locked and I need a new one for $11 Grand. I then inform Ryan my service advisor I'm not interested because I honestly I don't think the engine just locked up just because of my wrongdoing if this matter would have been taken care of the first time it would never happen. Now for the first time I have a mechanic look at my vehicle in to inform me is my engine in the locked and I was told know your engine is not locked the dealership just was trying to get over how can I check an engine that was not fully locked when the turbo team belts still rotated and turn the engine the mechanic then puts on a new radiator as well as a starter and also a new thermostat in the vehicle turns I didn't inform Ryan the service advisor that funny this mechanic got this vehicle started in your 30-year journeyman technician at Garling could not do the most simplest thing and I'm sending my vehicle right back to you guys to see exactly why they lock up in the first place because I do recall that Brandon the advisor upon my coming into Garlin getting a oil change for free which as I said goddamn does not top off fluids that is their policy now I have my vehicle started I'm not trusting the fact that it happened one time it it may happen again so I have a Durango told to Garlin and I asked that they diagnose the issues now that the mechanic who got the vehicle started would like to know how did the engine be just told that it was locked up and he got it started Ryan nor was the manager able to tell me that the engine automatically just unlock itself. This matter is not Solved and I prefer Golling Buy there Durango Back I reported Golling to the BBB and there Interest in my Complaint is Arbitration Which after July 2017 Golling last touched my vehicle outside of Southfield Chrysler and The Mechanic who got the Durango to Run. Golling Bottomline you need to Make This Right Your Mechanic should got this Right The First-Time in 2015

My 30,000 mile car was in for service at Nercedes of Bloomfield and caught fire 18 hours later. Logan Wood & Steve Taormina acted deceitful with no interest in providing customer satisfaction. If you are considering buying or having service done by any of the Mercedes dealers in Oakland County stop. They are all owned by the same family with the same philosophy. The Mercedes dealer in Grand Blanc, MI will be getting my business. They offer better pricing and are interested in servicing their customers.

BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT! OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE first off - nobody was there at the front lobby to introduce me to a sales agent. after loitering around the showroom for 15 minutes. I wanted to test drive two cars to compare and decide what to buy. I finally met this gentleman who helped and gave me print outs of information of the cars that i asked for and it was very useful but when i demanded a test drive this gentleman tells me "we can test drive if you are buying it next week and we are not going to drive if you are going to buy it after 6 months" so basically i was rejected a test drive even though they had the models available. You expect me to order the car to be eligible for a test drive??? This shows what a shameful mindset your employee has! I work for chrysler and this is the worst treatment that i could face disgusting! Insulted to bits and pieces i left this showroom never to return, I found another showroom where i test drove 4 cars and booked the one i liked! I I have visited every dealership in MI and Golling - Bloomfield hills, MI is worst dealership in the whole of michigan!!!
service is terrible went in there for oil change and they broke the hose on my windshield wiper sprayer and tell me is no way that they people could have did it didn't have no problem before I went in there try to talk to the service manager he didn't want to talk to me. I hope everybody find another place to take their car that place is a big rip off .
My family and I purchased and leased many high priced vehicles from this dealer. I do not have time to describe the details, which would take me hours, but I can tell you that everyone at this dealership, from Charles Ghesquire(owner) to AJ Kreiss(salesman) and all the way down to the cashiers, are careless, unproffesional, misleading, and flat out DISHONEST people. In my entire life, dealing with everyone from Lexus to Honda, I have never experienced such an ILL-FASHIONED operation. These people do not operate manneredly nor do they appreciate anyone's business to say the least. The details are horrific and perhaps one day I will take the time to describe them, but today is not that day.
