Papa John's Pizza

Horrible communicatiom in this store. Ordered pizza online and then waited a half an hour after showing up...when told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Apparently, " We are busy, is an acceptable excuse." These people need a real adult to supervise them.

I wouldn't order from here if was the last thing i do. People are rude, orders are wrong, deliveries are late and food sucks

Absolutely terrible. Almost $50 for two pizzas and small wings? Not only did the food take over an hour to arrive (I live 3 minutes away), the order was completely wrong AND it looked like the pizzas had flown upside-down off the driver's seat. After waiting another 30 minutes for the order to be corrected, the next delivery guy had the audacity to say "no tip?" as I grudgingly took the pizzas I ordered and hour and 40 minutes prior. Are you kidding me? Plus I tipped the driver that had come first. Corporate pizza places like Papa Johns are greedy scum.

Bloomfield Papa Johns food is excellent, deliveries are quick and the drivers are great. I have long been a happy customer. On 3/3/14 I placed an order for delivery, and there was a slight problem. I called the store and spoke to the manager Jeff, and was pleasantly surprised by his taking immediate responsibility and handling the issue well beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I'm a customer for life.
