Gyms in my time it could be cleaner and more up to date equipment for the money they charge.

HARD-SELL MONEY-SUCKING POSER GYM -



I was a member for 9 years, with the 'Gold' membership, paying $25 a month. When I told them I was leaving, they gave me the requisite run around. I had to make phones calls and schedule meetings with their Fitness Consultants/Salesmen who were trying to persuade me to stay. Finally I showed them documentation that I was moving out of the area, then their main office canceled my membership. But according to my contract, I could sell my membership when I left. So they screwed me out of what I could have sold the membership for, maybe a few hundred bucks.

Most of the people I saw there use cardio machines and do light weightlifting. For them a gym with a short term contract, like Planet Fitness for $10 a month, would be better and cheaper. If they had a problem with the gym or couldn't go anymore, they could just leave and not waste their time with the BS you go through in gyms like Future Fitness to break your contract.

Completed my first year at future fitness I was very pleased with the way things are run and everyone that works there I highly recommend it for everyone it's a pleasant experience and they truly care Phyllis P

Little tiny neck trainer with big steroid arms and old black hunched over trainer womanizer.Fat snotty workers and out of shape snotty women.I felt funny because I was only one sweating and in shape.Clickish untalented lazy thugs was assembling due to 10 dollar deal.Almost beat trainer up and steroid guy almost cried.I wrote letter I quit and they tried to turn it around like they got rid of me.Go somewhere else.Greg and Lana nice.But let it happen so just as guilty.I give it one star for this and broken equipment.Losers club.Where at 30 they built like mr.Potato with pipe cleaners hanging from shoulders. Terrible.I give one star because I have to.

I just completed my contract at the Turnersville gym. After meeting with one of their salespeople (Alec) I decided to stay with this facility. There is a wide variety of machines and weights along with many different free classes. You can also meet with a trainer once a month. The entire staff is very professional and always willing to help. The gym is kept very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend a membership to anyone looking for a good place to workout!

Future fitness of turnersville is a great place to work out, it is always clean, and the staff is really nice. The free personal training a month really helps you make your goals a month. Including help from the nurse.

I agree 100% with all the negitive Reveiws except the one about it being dirty , wasn't real clean but what I exspected from a gym . There #1 mission is to suck as much money from you as possiable . Personal trainers design programs intended to burn you out . They already have your deposit and contract signed . Now they don't want a over crowded gym when new suckers come in . It's really my own I exsperiance but one does exspect professinals not to screw you . They prey on people imo . They have a well polished system . Beware!!!!

Stay Clear of this place! I should have realized something was wrong when I had to leave several emails and messages to sign my children up for swim. After I wrote a complaint to their fbook page I was contacted immediately. My children were set up for swim lessons. There was a misunderstanding in reference to the location. I went to West Berlin, when in fact I should have been in Turnersville. I explained Turnersville is just too far for me t drive, and I would wait until a spot opened in Berlin. Jessica, the Aquatics Director, was more interested in "proving" me wrong by telling me "I'll send you the emails where I said Turnersville." At this point I have 2 crying xhikdrenr who only wanted to learn to swim. After her conversation with me at the front desk, she hangs up on me. My kids are crying, I'm upset,.and everybody's just staring at us. A supervisor came over and asked what happened, I told her and got the same blank stare drom her. The only excuse I get is the other Aquatic Director quit, and its only Jessica. A huge company like Future Fitness should be embarrased about who they have representing them!

BEWARE, canceling your membership is a huge problem. Every one from the receptionist, gym manager and accounting office will not give you a straight answer about how to cancel. They all say you signed a contract and it's a 90 day notice. The bottom line is you must go in to see a manager between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm to sign a cancellation form. They will give you the run around and do every dirty trick in the book to make this process take months. Don't fall for it like I did. I tried cancelling in November. I finally signed the form in mid-February and luckily my contract was marked for a 30 (rather than 90) day cancellation. I should have read my original contract. The 30(or 90) days doesn't start until the following month so I have to pay for the entire month of March rather than from the day I signed their form. At least they can't get me for more months like I have seen from others. I closed the account that paid their dues.

I love the new salt water pool that was just remodeled in Turnersville. The company redid the locker rooms too. Everything looks really great. Love it.

I went into Future Fitness looking for information on membership prices, due to the fact that when you call they will not give you information over the phone. Unfortunately I was being pressured to sign up the day I went for my visit. I was told that if I left and came back I was no longer able to get their so called discounted rate. The man I met with started getting very rude and impatient when I explained to him I had to discuss the different rates with my husband. To which our conversation ended with him basically telling me oh well and walked out of his office ahead of me and my 2 young children. I am disgusted with the attitude I was given just because I couldn't sign up right then and there. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. I witnessed poor salesmanship along with ignorance.

I love that when I go in to work out, I can see my little munchkin playing in the daycare. She is a little picky about who she will go to, but she loves it in the daycare at the gym. She goes in and plays with all the different toys. Sometimes mommy gets a little surprise of a pretty picture. The girls who work the daycare are all really nice and great with my daughter. It feels good to know that I can still take care of me and my needs while she is in good hands.
