Katie has written several negative reviews about us all over the internet. Please see Angie's List and the BBB, where I was able to provide a larger post. I would like to point out that I have since learned that the piece of concrete allegedly left behind was not in, nor part of the driveway. It was not in our scope of work to remove anything outside of the driveway. If had Katie relayed to me that there were cigarette butts in her lawn, I would have sent staff there to remove them. In reference to the fill. Staff was asked by the customer if they could keep the fill and have it dumped in a specific area. When Mr. Granger arrived on site he instructed the staff not to dump the fill in the area requested as it could cause the tandem to tip. Mr. Granger sent the truck out, so that the trucks sitting w/ hot mix could get in. At the time of estimate Katie asked us if we accept credit cards. I said yes. After job completion, I invoiced her. She wanted to pay w/ credit card, I explained to her square reader's surcharge of 2.75% swipe or 3.5% manual enter. Her husband came to my office to pay. He payed partial check and the remainder w/ credit card. He said he loved his driveway. I asked him if he had any questions, he said no. I thought they were happy. Later that day, Katie started leaving negative reviews all over the internet. Katie is upset that she was charged a $137.50 surcharge for using a credit card. That surcharge does not go in our pocket, it goes to Square Reader. We were not being dishonest by any means. We were hired to install a driveway. We gave her a beautiful driveway. It was the customer choice in how she wanted to pay. I did not force her to use a credit card. The sad thing in the end of this is, had she told me she was have a financial issue, I would have been more than happy to work w/ her. Julie Salomone

The drive way looks fine, but the customer service left something to be desired. They did not communicate fees associated with the service, did not respond to requests we made about leaving fill, left a piece of concrete next to the driveway and left cigarette butts in the lawn. When I got the initial quote I was initially impressed with the customer service, I am disappointed to say this was not followed through in our whole experience.

W had an appointment for a quote and he was a no call no show. 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment I left a message on his voice mail and he never returned my call. I was expecting an apology for the no show but he didn't even return my phone call.

I spoke with Tim Granger, owner of Terry Granger Paving recently about filling in several small cracks on my driveway. Terry Granger Paving expanded my driveway and put asphalt down on the entire driveway over 15 years ago. The driveway still looked great before doing this maintenance but now it should last at least another 15 years and look like it was just repaved. It has definitely stood the test of time and harsh weather conditions without breaking or chipping up. His workmanship, experience, customer service and asphalt are superior!
