A lot of talk, just the talk. Left my car for tinting and a full interior-exterior detailing. First thing I noticed when I went to drop the car off is the place does not look very professional and the person who works on the cars, drove a customer's Toyota SUV (probably someone dropped off for detail and tint work) pretty rough inside the shop. One red flag that he is not very cautious with the chances of something going wrong because of the rough handling of the customer's car. Then next day I go there to pick my car up and found out the tint work had bubbly lines in the windows and also in the rear windshield. He said they will go away but the rear windshield still have the lines and the spots. Also, the interior looked like it was shampooed but no where near a good detailing work that I had done at other places before. The most disappointment was the exterior detailing. After taking a quick look I was sure that the car just has been only through a car wash and no detailing as there were still bug spots in the front bumper, in the rear trunk there were still old stains (yellow), the rear bumper was also not touched. Basically he did not do any detailing work on the exterior at well when he was supposed to be doing a full detail with buffing and waxing the exterior. After I pointed out all the flaws he grabbed a cloth and told me he will touch those areas quick and he did a couple areas, where it did not even take him any extra effort to clean it. That also made sure that he did not even touch the exterior at all for detailing. I ended up not paying for the exterior detailing but still it was a big disappointment because I did not get what they promised to deliver!

Terrible customer service!!! Rude,shop worker had a mouth full of chew n running out his mouth,guy now complaining about the work they did on his vehicle. The guy at the till never greated anyone that came in kind of just ignored the customers.
I had my oil changed at Race Way and they charged me almost $10.00 extra for 2 extra quarts of oil. They insisted my 1983 Caballero held 7 quarts. This was my first oil change since I had not owned the car very long. When I returned to Florida and had the oil changed it only held 5 quarts. The man who owns Race Day also owns a car lot on Airport Road called Rides. Buyer beware of going to either business.
Poor Quality!My girlfriend had smoke rolling from under the hood just following an oil change. Race Day fed her some BS about Jeeps always do that. I got home to find the oil was way over filled, oil spilled all over the engine and still dripping all over the garage. Most likely the cause of the smoke. I found the drain plug was hand tightened by a 2 year old and already loosened itself just 5 miles from Race Day. Do not take your vehicle here if you want it to last till your next oil change!
Ken's Kar Kare alway's treated me with respect and fair price's. My car has never looked so good . They clean place's where you don't even look.
