The Body Connection

Don't waist your money. I paid $1200.00 and the owner handed me a book and never contacted me until I would text her asking for help. Then all she says "it's your story-she never gave me any plan to follow or even checked in to see what I was eating or even doing. Left me with a book to figure it out on my own- absolutely no support at all. I am very disappointed with the Body Connection. Be careful and do your research before giving her a dollar. I think she wrote her own reviews to get a good rating. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it would not save without one.
