We built a home this year and Rivers Edge Plumbing provided all the plumbing & heating throughout our home ( even the heated floors; which we love!); staff was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with throughout the whole process. The attention to detail was amazing and were always on hand to answer any questions that arose throughout the process. Would highly recommend their services.

Roughed in basement plumbing in wrong location. Routed passive radon exhaust tube incorrectly with long horizontal runs. Used more elbows and straight fitting connectors in all the PEX tubing than a copper installation would have used. Ran a main waste line down an exterior wall where it should have simply been tucked into the back of a closet. Installed wrong bath faucet. When they replaced it they crushed the base of the new one. Cracked one of the toilet tank lids. Hot water heater installed with pex line rubbing against iron gas line. Installed a 36" wide tub in a 32" wide space, leaving the fiberglass underneath sticking out. They did not connect the shower stall drain to the drain line until called back to do so. The kitchen sink leaks, tracked it down to a bent flange when they attached the disposal unit.



If our basement fills up with water due to faulty plumbing I will be extremely disappointed and very mad, but not even a little bit surprised.
