Lady J's Club & Catering Inc

The venue, food, and decor were superb. People have been complimenting the food weeks after the wedding!  I give Lady J's 5 stars.  However, the manager, Travis, sorely tainted this venue's potential.  He talked down to us, treated our questions as though they were hindrances (becoming very pushy, as though wedding planning isn't stressful enough!), lost our engraved wedding cake knife (not a big deal, but he became very snarky when we inquired about it), and cheated us out of money at every turn.  The night turned out to be no less than magical, no thanks to him.  I feel sorry for the staff working under him and truly believe he should not work with people, considering these people are planning their once-in-a-lifetime dream.
