My nails were started to lift so I got a fill, he didnt file enough put powder right over the lifted part, then when you question them they talk about you in there language, the price was more then listed, these people suck, horrible job, sick of these people doing a shitty job, going to a white person that doesnt talk about you in another language, go back to school and learn how to do nails I didnt give them a star they SUCK, shitty service.
Warm and welcoming family run nail salon. They remember regulars. Clean environment. Amazing pedicures. Kim and her husband make this a go to nail salon in Bismarck, North Dakota.
I had been to four different salons in the past year and disappointed in each of them...I was desperate and went online in search of a place that was clean and professional. I came across this place with a five star rating and made an appointment. I was finally at a salon that was worthy of my time and money. Friendly, fast, financially acceptable and wonderfully done. I'll be staying here.
I always have a great experience, there is little conversation, which is fine, I'm there to relax, I talk to people all day long. Only had one bad pedi (she didn't give me the best one, only basic) but never painful, I've never had to wait!
Went there for new set of nails. The nails were not fitted to my real nails and left a gap that water was able to get under. Went back in for a fill and they kept talking their native tongue obviously talking about the bad job they had done earlier. They have a sign that said fill was $23, but charged me $31. Rude and bad work!!!
Gino did my nails do awesome I love this place they very efficient an welcoming I will be back Thanks u guys from Simone! !
Most painful experience. . I went in to get my toes done. I was paying $40 for acrylic nails. The person doing it made my toes bleed. Asked me if I wanted a pedicure done asked how much more it would be they said $5.00 more but when I went to pay the person said $25.00 more. I said you told me $5.00. But had to pay the extra $25.00 Not cool. Still in pain hours later.
I give them one star only because I have to. My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to pedicures and manicures. We went to the salon and they had us pick out the colors and then had us go to the pedi chairs. My water was ice cold and my friends was too hot to even touch. We tried for an adjustment but all I got was three seconds of warm water and that was it. we waited in the chairs for 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to us, which was made tolerable by the massage back on the chair. When they did get to us we got all of a 10 minute pedi, they didn't even get the calluses off my feet. My friends pedi resulted in an infection on her nail bed two days later. Now for the manicure, which was absolutely the worst I've ever had. First of all, I asked for typical pink and white, short acrylics, but I wanted white glitter powder instead of regular white. Not only did they skip the cuticle care and other pre-acrylic nail care, but they didn't even do what I asked for. I got white tips haphazardly glued to my nails, and clear acrylic put over the top of them. The man refused to make them as short as i wanted, and the white tips weren't even glued all the way onto my nails, and they didn't shape or buff them properly, just made them smooth and put a clear coat over them. Not even one of them was all the way on my nail. They started lifting up at work that very night. The next day I went in to ask for them to be fixed because food and water and dirt were accumulating under the acrylic where it wasn't attached to my nails. They first told me they could just glue them and I said that I wanted them all soaked off and replaced properly, and she told me it would. Ost another full set. I went somewhere else instead because if I'm going to be spending another $45 I would have rather given my business elsewhere. I thought it was fascinating that they charged me $70 all together for the mani/pedi and then wanted to charge me another $45 to fix the job they messed up the first time. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
First off for anyone who doesn't know this already. Regal nails in Bismarck is located inside of the north Walmart. I didn't know that. When I was looking for the place on my GPS I couldn't figure out where it was. Plus I called 4 days in advance to schedule my appointment for 2:45. Nobody touched my feet till 3:30! Plus on top of making me wait 45 minutes, my pedicure was only 15 minutes long. Just so people know. I was not impressed and I would not go back.
I agree that if you are repeat customer they are good to you. I have been going there since 2011 & my experience has always been awsome. My nails have also always turned out perfect or better than expected. You just need to be polite & cummunicate with the manicurist & you will always have a god experience. Remember it depends on YOUR additude.
