Everything about the process, from booking to pick-up to drop-off was smooth and professional. They upgraded us to a larger vehicle which was good because it was really windy during the 3 days we were in ND.
Counter clerk ALWAYS tries to up-sale each customer creating delays as there are lots of "options" that he goes through.Tank was not full. They tell you to return the car with the "same" amount of gas, but if it's not full the charge is 3 times the cost of a full tank for that car.On return I noticed on my bill they said I had driven the car around 700 miles more than I did. I get unlimited miles, so there was no charge, but I wonder what would happen if whomever drove those 700 miles damaged the vehicle? I am pretty sure they would try to charge me for the damage.I wrote an email to Customer Service to complain, but received no response.
