Your service is terrible!! Shipping instructions and vacation holds are NOT met when you register online. LEFT DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS NOT FOLLOWED. PACKAGES DELIVERED WHEN THERE IS A VACATION HOLD
The UPS Driver stated that my package was delivered when it in fact had not been. When the driver was notified that this was the case he waited several hours to respond and refused to go back and check on the package, and check where my package was delivered. When I finally got in touch with someone from the store pushed all the blame off saying it was probably stolen. Worst customer service ever.
Representative claims that they have to open all packages and opens my package and takes a look at my content and claums that they have to do this because the TSA is making them do it. Very unhappy about their customer service that makes me feel singled out and bullied.

Mest up my package sent it back to shipper now I have to pay again did not even give the operitunity to pick it up at a location nothing there greedy and don't care about their custermers I work for publix supermarket and if we were to do anything like that we would get fired or at least suspended not happy use fed-ex
