I passed this store for a long time saying I was going to go in one day and yesterday was the day. I went in to look around at their furniture just knowing I would not qualify for credit, but I took a chance and I was approved for more than I thought I would be. I picked out some lovely furniture that completed two rooms with low monthly payments. They actually work past their closing time to make sure all the paperwork was complete. Thank you so much Aiijays for your time and patience and your customer service is just above and beyond. Enjoyed do business with you and I will be back.
They have truly wonderful home furnishings here but stay away from anything with upholstery. Our $4500 couch didn't even last 4 years. When I asked if there was anything they could do (reupholster, etc) the manager didn't even contact me or answer my emails. They don't stand behind their products or are even bothered to talk to you once they have your money. They've gotten all the money from us they ever will.
At Home is an awesome place to spend your lunch hour. Their inventory changes daily. The staff is super nice. It's my favorite store!
The employees of this store took several down payments from several of our customers and never delivered the furniture. The store now has a sign in the window saying that they are closed "today" everyday. This means our customers are out thousands of dollars worth of down payments.DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY IF THEY DO OPEN.Please check with the Better Business Bureau before shopping there.Save yourself and you money, shop somewhere else.
i dont know who this old man thinks he is down at pioneer but he is lucky that he hasnt been sued!!! i had a complaint because my furniture had not shown up yet after they promised me 2-3 weeks. that was fine i just wanted to know a date and he told me he didnt know because he wasnt the factory. so i asked him to call the factory and he said no. so i asked for a refund and he said there was no refunds for me to go home and he would call when the furniture came in. so i told him i would have my lawyer handle the situation. he said well thats just like a NI**ER. i couldnt believe it! plus their were more customers in there. everybody left. i will never be back!!!
The guys at Avenue 6 held true to everything that was promised. Furniture was delivered within a week and their prices were truly lower than any other store in town. We bought all Ashley and furnished the whole house and we are completely satisfied.
