Dianes Alterations & Reweaving is a great place for all of your clothingn repair needs. I've been a customer for years. Very professional. Good locations!! Excellent work!
Terrible! Very unprofessional. Worst Experience with alterations I have ever had. I took my wedding dress there and I highly regret it. She blamed me when she made the dress too tight to the point where it would not zip at all and then wanted to charge me more money for her mistake since it had to be let out more than 3 times after that. The first time I went in there, I told her that I had a few months until the wedding but she rushed the work and it looked sloppy and had multiple mistakes. She was not helpful. I complained to her about her work and she did not talk to me or help me in any way when I finally picked up the dress after going there 5 times to fix it. We ended up just arguing the whole time I was there. She would roll her eyes at me and walk away if I was not happy with her work. Eventually, I had to take it somewhere else to alter it more since working with her was such a bad experience and I did not get what I wanted done without her wanting to charge me more.
Awesome job! They really know what they're doing and every time I've gone to get something fixed, it's been done exceptionally well. Whether it's the leng of a dress or adjustment of sleeve sizes, they can do it! Will continue to go.
Our family has used Kim Lien for years. She has always done excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend her.
What great installation!! Not a franchise, so the cost was way less than the big names! And same product. Great service and management
Looking up address to file my 2nd complaint with Better Business Bureau. If I could give a lower rating, I would.
Excellent service, polite, courteous, graceful, prompt. The hems were at the perfect length.Love to come back again.
I took a bridesmaids dress in last week to be altered and cups put in the bust. I was under the impression (based on their website) that these services would cost ~$22 and ~$12 respectively. When I went to pick up my dress, and the total came to $84. I was shocked. I was told that the cost was $84 due to the fact that the dress had 3 layers (the top being chiffon). Friends of mine who had taken their same dresses to other tailorers paid $33 for the exact same services I had done. Although the dress was altered fine, the price of the alterations was nearly half of what I paid for the dress. I was very discouraged and felt that I should have taken my dress elsewhere. With that all being said, be cautious of the prices for what you are having done.
If I could give Ms. Barbara 10 stars, I would! She's amazing! Not one but two other seamstresses just about ruined my wedding dress. The first one botched the alterations and the next one just compounded the problem. Ms. Barbara saved the day. She was so thorough and skilled...they just don't make seamstresses like her anymore. She saw issues with the dress that even I hadn't noticed, and she was immediately able to devise a plan to fix what was wrong and make the dress finally look like the dress of my dreams Ms. Barbara is warm, friendly, and the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. I highly recommend her.
Do not join Riveria Fittness and expect the cancellatin process to be as helpful and when you join.I am in the process of trying to cancel my membership and get such a run a round.First you call the gym and they direct you to call the toll free number for Paramount Acceptance. When you call the number they tell you to send an emial and an automatic response will occur to confirm. However, I did not get a response so I called back and they said it may take 3 days for a response because they have so many cancellations. Also the classes they offer are not consistent becuase you don't know a class has been cancelled until you show up. Nothing is posted in advance.I have joined the YMCA and can go to all of the locations and they offer swimming, yoga and free consults to help you achive your goal.Hope this helps someone.
