I am a single parent who purchase a car from AJQ. Steve was my contact person he assured My grandmother and I the car was goo we believed him after a family mechanic checked it out and gave the ok we purchase 3months later the alignment he promised to do before I got the car still had not been done I began noticing that certain things were going wrong with the car. I was taking the car to them they would patch it and give it back to me. finally, I asked them to check my car for they keep 3wks.and had not. EVEN STARTED FIXING IT! I demanded to get my car back he fix it in one day they had completely rushed through fixing it charged me extra& called me relentlessly for pay didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. I also let him know that I didn't appreciate not fixing my what I asked for within the exchange of words i found out he gave me the car back without the breaks on the car clearly I went off and before I made it home I rear ended someone thank God she was drunk and her car was fine but my car had to be fixed thats when I found out EVERYTHING Nacho on thrid ave was to fix my bumper that when he found a rod going through the front end of my car withinn a year I had to replace alternators, starter, he didn't even give me a new battery, several tire replacements, several radiator repairs, transition jerks, he put a nail in the console that was supposed to hold the window and locks together, radio had a shortage he swore it was a cd changer radio stop working all together and a bad paint job and when I called and text to complain this bastard told me to get a tow truck bring my car back and he would take off everything he put on it and i could tow the car back home. NOTE: He NEVER told me car was a salvage car. SO IF YOU'RE PLANING TO PURCHASE PLEASE BE WARN!!!! Take it to firestone or somewhere GOD PLEASE DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY CHECK IT CHECK IT QUESTION EVERY THINGCause now i have a car that doesn't work and have to prepare to purchase another.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice, clean vehicle that won't break the bank. Larry is 110% honest and answered every question we had before and after the sale. Above any used car dealer out there!
Buyers Beware!!! They are nice as can be when selling a car to you. You have to pay weekly. We bought a car and was late on a payment. I didn't know there was an $18 late fee. Out of the blue, after making 10 payments, they repossessed the car. They want over $600 to get it back. Oh, and by the way, each car is fit with a GPS tracker. They won't tell you that, but we loaned the car to a family member in Alabaster and that's where they picked it up. There is not talking to them after the fact. So now, they will sell that same car again, for the same amount of money. What a bunch of thieves!
A fantastic Experience they made getting a car loan easy. And I am 1099 so I thought I would never get approved!
Three years ago in 2011 I had that famous sqeaking noise coming from underneath the hood when turning the steering wheel on my 98' MB ML320. Bennette's Motor World said it needed a new steering servo pump and reservoir. Roughly $600 for the pump, $400 for work. Oh well, if the cars needs it, what can you do. Probably cheaper than at the dealership. It took them several days to order the parts and to repair the car and I paid around $1000. Three years later, same symptoms, so I went again and they diagnosed again new steering servo pump and reservoir - a known common problem for the ML320 they say. This time they felt sorry for me and because I complained, they offered the pump for only $400 plus work...around $834 to repair. I was not too happy about this, so I googled...... steering servo pump is around $100-150 from a parts shop in Atlanta.....and the common problem in 95% of the cases is the O-ring of the reservoir, not the pump. So I went back, but they insisted it is the servo pump and it will cost $834 to repair. I went to Express Oil around the corner, and a VERY KNOWLEGEABLE guy, told me it is leaking from the reservoir! He installed a new o-ring (a $2.50 part, and the new reservoir just in case, $20) for $148 including tax!!!!! It is working like a chime again, the noise is gone. I am speechless...and I am wondering if that new power steering servo pump three years ago was necessary in the first place. I am also wondering about the expertise of Bennette's Motor World, and about the reason why they are not accredited with the BBB. I feel as if was robbed blind over the last few years! Feel free to make your own judgement!
No title in 9 months for truck after paying cash. One lie after another was told to me. Yesterday was the last promised day they would have me a title or give me my money back. There is not a title being processed as of today. I want my money back.
