Always provides a great product. Freshest seafood around!
Order 2 Fish plates 3piece. Order was wrong and didn’t have any fries. Called back after I noticed when I got home, took a picture. They told us next time they would replace. We frequent this place often, usually no problem. The lady over the phone offered us 2 small fries. I told her to keep them, she said okay, and was rude. I will not be RETURNING! I’ll give my money to King Wings, before I go back to Wing Town! 2 Stars for the food, no stars for customer service.
The décor is very pleasing, inviting. I have been to wing town several times the emplyees are very nice and helpful. The owner was very ugly to me and charge me much more than the usual amount for all flats. I was hungry, went home only had flat on top, went back to wing town on Thursday showed her the receipt she got upset throw me 25 cent and said she was only replacing the three drums. I gave her the 25 cent, she can keep the drums, I want be back. Very Ugly!!!
I was extremely pleased to see the restaurant and its attractive décor in our neighborhood. As a recent Atlanta resident, it is reminiscent of the wing restaurants there. My first visit was pleasant, ordering lemon pepper wings and lemon pepper fries. The food was good. (Could've used a bit more lemon pepper seasoning). The service was nice at well. My second visit was a bit different. I placed an order by phone. When I showed to pick it up, the order was not as requested. The cashier was not pleased and it showed in her quick responses. Very unpleasant personality; not customer oriented. So, not sure when my next visit will be. But if I look in and see that young lady at the front counter, I won't patronize.
Over charged, order was wrong, and bad customer service!! The lady was rude, told me they were closed, and slammed the window in my face. They took my money and didn't want to correct my order. I like their food but the way they treat their customers, I will never eat there again!!!
The food is good! They need to put tables and chairs in the sitting area so that people can sit in without leaving.
Joe's Crab Shack USED TO BE my favorite place to eat for years. Anyone who knows me knows that I placed NO other restaurant above Joe's... until my last two experiences. Now, I'll most likely never eat there again. Joe's (apparently ALL Joe's Crab Shacks) did away with their very best steam pots (e.g. my favorite, which was the Samuel Adams Steam Pot and others) and now have only 4 selections. WRONG MOVE and BAD IDEA!!! We visited this Joe's (just outside of Birmingham) on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 1:00 pm. I ordered the Arctic Bay Steampot. When I ate the lobster tail, it was so mushy I could almost drink it. Worst lobster ever!!! I had to fight the urge to vomit. My wife's salmon was also raw in the middle of it. She enjoyed the edges. I should have complained to the waiter and manager, but we were dealing with my wife's sick dad in the hospital. The ONLY good thing about our visit was the waiter, who was awesome. As such, I do not blame him for this experience.
I had Lindsey as my server she was very patient and knowledgeable of the products on the menu. She described the difference in steam pots for me and checked on our table frequently. The food and service was great.
Try it out great place will visit real soon again no complaints recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal go check it out.
The food was great! The servers were on point! They were very attentive and great interaction with my 3 year old son! The only criticism I would have is that they have removed some of the menu items but made great suggestions of other items on menu! Would definitely come back!
