I have gone to this location for many years and Friday night it looked like a pig sty! There was NO ONE to sit us when we arrived because she was in the phone and never acknowledged us . Then said let me get a table ready. We were seated quickly then and I wish I had taken pictures. Our table was sticky and nasty and there was paper all over the floor in the aisles and under the table.I went to the women's restroom and the toilet paper holder was OFF the wall and hanging down in the stall. The toilets were nasty. It looked as if the restroom had not been checked in days. If the health department had come in that day I feel sure they would have gotten a terrible rating. One of my friends ordered the chili and it was not good. The burgers were good as usual but all of the fries were hard and cold. Terribly disappointed.

A favorite for years. Their people are the difference, always friendly willing to help. Its like going to mom's house for dinner.
Horrible! Will never go back to this Chili's! Filthy atmosphere, unbelievably terrible food ( when we finally got it )!
I really enjoyed the food and service there. This is a great restaurant and I would recommend it to everyone I know!
The management was rude and unwelcoming the food was average and expensive and it is NOT kid or really family friendly.
So much fun! A great venue for a concert. My husband and I saw Fitz and the Tantrums and loved the balcony area more than the floor. There are a few seats in the balcony and wall seating. The sound was awesome. Get there early enough to order dinner and drinks.
The bartender/waitress did her best. Not enough help in bar area, never is. That was not the worst part. Took forever to get food. There is NO supervisor only kids working. Also beans were luke warm and rice hard and broccoli terrible. Don't go there much because of service and food.
The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The atmosphere is great for teaching about the 50's. My kids loved the cars their food came in.
I only visit when I'm in town on business I make a point to visit Linette, she remembers my name even what I drink and my favorite menu item. She's an awesome bartender. Friendly polite and she makes me feel right at home. See ya'll soon.
Bam closes at 9 pm on Saturday. There is a Final Four game going on and they are closing. C'mon, either you are a sports bar or you aren't. Don't go into business half way guys!
