When I went to this location today I found a sign on a shelf under the product I wished to buy. The manager Stephanie Campbell refused to honor the sign which indicated that if I bought one gallon of the product that I would receive a 2nd gallon free. The cashier asked Stephanie about it and her explanation was that they had sold out of that item on Sunday afternoon and the sign indicated it was only for a limited supply so she wouldn't honor the free gallon. If that was the case she had a responsibility to remove the sign when she knew the product was sold out. I visited the store at 4:30 pm on Monday so the store had almost 24 hours to remove the sign.
This incident occurred in February 2009 & was not resolved until the first week of March '09. It took 2 calls to the customer care line and a call to the corporate office in order to get this resolved. After all the aggravation they did what was right and gave me my free product.
