Terrible customer service!!! The new manager, I believe his name is Wayne, is rude and had no idea what customer service is. I had bought 7 pairs of socks and a pair of $210 shoes. The socks were too big and he wouldn't take them back even though I had never worn them, and they ordered the wrong shoes after waiting for over 2 weeks for them. On top of that, I didn't even get a discount on the shoes after they messed up my order. I now have to wait 3 more weeks for my work shoes and I have 7 pairs of huge socks. I'm never going back there again and I would advise you not to as well if you want even moderate service.
