HAD RESERVED A COMPACT SUV, (JEEP TYPE)FOR OVER 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF PICK UP, WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WAS A COUPLE IN FRONT OF ME AND THEY HAD NO RESERVATIONS AND HAD NO CLUE WHAT THEY NEEDED EXCEPT THAT THEY NEEDED SOMETHING WITH ROOM, WELL I GET OUT THERE TO GET MY RENTAL AND THEY TAKE ME TO A HYUNDAI SONATA WHICH IS NOT A COMFORTABLE RIDE AND I HAD LUGGAGE AND A REGULAR SIZE BABY STROLLER WITH ME, AND THERE WAS A JEEP COMPASS SETTING ACROSS FROM US BUT GUESS WHO WAS GETTING IT??? THE COUPLE THAT HAD NO RESERVATIONS OF COURSE.. I ASK WHY THEY WAS GETTING IT WHEN I HAD RESERVED ONE.. HE TRIED TO TELL ME MONDAYS WAS A KILLER FOR THEM... I SAID SIR THIS ISN'T MONDAY ITS TUESDAY, SO NO I WILL NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE THERE AGAIN THEY ARE TO MANY OTHER RENTAL PLACES THERE TO BE TREATED THAT WAY. OH THE GUY DID SAY HE WOULD GIVE ME A FREE TANK OF GAS, BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT, THE POINT IS WHAT GOOD IS IT TO RESERVE WITH THEM WHEN THEY ARE NOT GONNA GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR
Rented online, got a conf #, they deducted $100 from my acct as a deposit. The day I went to pick up the vehicle for my trip, they said "im sorry, your credit score is not high enough, we cant rent to you." Here I am with kids ready to go on a trip for a family reunion, and NO car! They already took my miney for a deposit, so I didnt have more to give someone else. They wouldnt give it back that day, I had to call a number to request my money back. I called to get my deposit back, they said theres a $50 nonrefundable handling fee, but my $50 would be refunded in 7 to 14 days. Its been 22 days, still no refund. I called again, and they have assured me ill get my $50 refunded in "a couple of days". If id known abt the credit score thing to start with, I sure wouldnt have given them my deposit for nothing. I had rented from them 10 yrs ago with no problem, but never again, even if my credit score improves!
My experience renting a car at Enterprise was great!!!!!!!!! I made my reservation online and my wait time to pick the car up was less than 10 minutes. Just make sure you walk with the person when he/she is inspecting the car, be sure to take pictures (inside/out) and bring things to his/her attention before driving off. The young man who checked the car back in was very professional and pleasant, his customer service skills were awesome! I will use them again for my next road trip.
Be sure you take pictures with time stamps before you rent because apparently they don't train all of the employees the same. What one employee saw as "luggage scuffs" another didn't and now I'm being charged for their discrepancies. They wouldn't even consider that I might actually be telling the truth. I will NEVER do business with them again!
I rented an SUV recently from this location. When I arrived my vehicle was in the terminal. In fact there were several SUv's to choose from. I did not have to wait a long time and the people were very courteous. I would definitely use this company and location again.
