        Worse than one star. My room did not even have a bed. The room had a pull out couch. When I went to complain at the front d they said that's what I get for booking through Expedia. The manager thought it was funny. Do not book here.

        I would not tell my worst enem...

        I would not tell my worst enemy to stay here. It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. The manager and desk clerk Shawna are the rudest people I beleive I have ever talked to. Shawna puts you on hold and never comes back to the phone. I drive a tractor/ Trailer for a living and I was cheated out of my wynham rewards points because they put it down as not being able to collect rewards. There parking lot is so small that you can barely get into it. The vending machines are broke and take your money and they will NOT refund your any of your money. So if you are coming through Birmingham keep going DO NOT STOP HERE you will regret it.

        Never come here ! The manager ...

        Never come here ! The manager is insanely RUDE! I went into the lobby and got some coffee and the manager cussed me out! I have been to many hotels but this has to be the worst I have ever been too. The rooms are ok but the manager ruined my opinion of this hotel entirely. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
