Rachel has been providing sports massage therapy on me for over 4 years. She is very specific in her technique and has made my training much more durable and injury free. Very experienced in deep tissue and stress relief.

I have degenerative disks in my neck and lumbar region and he has hip issues. Rachel has been able to help us stay on track. She always uses the right pressure and finds the areas that need the most work which allows for a perfect relaxing message with medicinal qualities.
