I had a terribly infected tooth- they were so understanding, professional, and were able to clear up the infection without any trips to the hospital. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. And the Dr is fabulous- he will thoroughly explain everything to you, he’s calm and kind, which greatly eased my anxiety!
They had the police deliver a small court summons for a bill less than $200 that we had never heard went unpaid by insurance. I would never go here again. The summons arrived by police at 6:30am, woke up my 15 month old, and have both of my daughters terrified and my wife crying. Their billing practices are so over the top that I would never ever use them again.
I saw Dr. Caprara for my root canal, and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Not only is he and his staff professional, they are courteous and thoughtful. Always asking me throughout the visit, how I was doing. I was shown a lot of concern and compassion. He's also great with the injections. I didn't feel a thing the entire visit. Thanks, Dr. Caprara!

Excellent staff (cares about patients, called the day after root canal to check on me)
Dr. Caprara was extremely informative and took his time explaining what he was doing. He was interested not only in my comfort but also about myself in general (made small talk). I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to this practice! I had read a few negative reviews prior to my arrival and they were far from the truth!!!
