It is staffed by knowledgeable people, each with a lengthy involvement in the music community. As one of a handful of century-plus businesses in Alabama, Art's has played an important role in the lives of thousands of musicians including band directors, students, professional musicians and organizations. Chances are, we probably helped start the very first band program at your school.         You need more people to answer the telephones. I wanted to buy something from your store but was unable to speak with a human being on the phone.I tried three ties and it was hopeless.

        We are sorry you had trouble contacting us. In mid-February our phone and internet provider had some outages in our area along Highway 280, and there were a few days where we had no service at all. Our phones are always answered by people (not automated), and while we usually have to put calls on hold, in order to transfer them to the appropriate person, we do our best to complete the calls and have the customers' needs met. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred, and hope that you will contact us again, should you need anything else that we might be able to help you with.

        Great Music Super Store

        For over ten years, I have purchased everything from musical instruments to sheet music. Everyone at Art's has been very friendly from the moment I walk through the door. Thank you for helping my daughter in her musical career, now a Music Theory Major and Million Dollar Band Alumni.
