Michael's has some of the best arts and crafts items around. They have wonderful discounts and coupons. This is one of our daughter's favorite stores.
Michael's Framing tried to frame a newspaper picture Oct 2014 which turned out fine but the title and date turned out crooked. The framer said he'd fix it. When I went in to pick it up, I was told that it was not finished but would be called when it was completed. I was never called. At the end of April 2015 I spoke with the manager who looked into this, The store manager promised she'd call me the next day. She never called. How very unprofessional of Michael's for two framers to say that they'd fix it but one saying no. This reflects very poorly on the frame manager who was not very nice and the store manager. Michael's had this picture for 6 1/2 months, and it is still not hanging on the wall as I have to fix it myself.
I live in a small town without an art supply store. When I go to Birmingham to see family I head over to Forestall Art Center. I especially love the store for several reasons: Exceptional service - I enjoy hearing about new products that I might not have found on my own, and they are also very helpful with my questions (which are many.)Broad range of supplies - this store is very well equipped in so many fields of art. The last special feature is that I always get new ideas; the store is visually stimulating and it gets me excited about getting to work - I love this store!
I love this store-what great sales and coupons! Also, I admire that they went to court to protect family Christian values!

Worst flowers ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Valentine Day came and went and they sent the wrong color then apologized, said they would correct and get right back to her and never did and then has the audacity to tell me that no one their had spoke with me... They have lost a very loyal customer and not to mention i will be getting in contact with my credit card company. Florist should be re-named to Back_ _ _ _Florist. That would be more appropriate. Me and my Business bid you good day....
