ThanksI just wanted to give a personal thank you to the best sales associate at Serra Toyota Michael Lann. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he also gave me great customer service. He took the time to be attentive to my questions and gave me options that led me to buy a car that fit me. He not only went above and beyond to get me from application to purchasing. He actually/literally walked my wife and I through the whole buying process. He really took care of us from start to finish and didn't pass us off once his part was done. I really appreciate when someone takes the time to make you feel welcome and at home and Mr. Lann is that one of a kind salesman that actually did. Thank you for all your help and support,Torrence & Letatia DeyAmpert

Very helpful salesman named Bost assisted us with all our needs. He kept his word and all the promises he made.
I've had a good experience with Were a Nissan on most visits.
I appreciate the honesty and appreciate Allen helping me find something dependable and affordable. I never felt pressured in any kind of way. Thank you very much!
Our experience was really good today. It was my first time leasing a car. Ethan did a great job and made the experience as stress free as posible. We’re very happy with the deal we got.
David Linenfelser is great! He was a pleasure to work with and they, he and the desk manager, were straight with me from the beginning. I have sold cars a three different dealerships in my life so I know a little about the business and I know what David told me was honest and truthful. He knows his stuff. If you want to work with a nice and honest sales person ask for David.
I just left the Nissan dealership and then received a call asking how my experience was. They have now reassured how low car salesmen rank in the world of trust. My son came down yesterday around 2 and drove a Nissan Altima they had and salesman Mike Ganey was helping him. My son told him we were going to buy the car and he said he would clean it up and put a sold sign on it and we told him we would be there as soon as he got there this morning. We called and he was not there and once he got there we told him we were on the way. He let us drive all the way down there without telling us that the car was already sold and while he was explaining his bulls*#! excuse he had the professionalism to take another call - we walked out. This guy Mike is everything a car salesman is rumored to be.
Had an air conditioner go out in my new Tacoma covered by warranty. Even with the hottest temperatures and offering of a courtesy vehicle, daily communication and checkpoints made from Hunter on how things were coming with the part we needed on back order. The Service staff from Dennis to Hunter to all who see me in and out for my regular service and maintenance schedules are the highest version of courteous and professional. Customer centric folks!
I called less than a week ago about a purchasing a Chevrolet Spark and was given an amazing price over the phone and told to come see them. A salesman immediately greeted me when I arrived and brought me back into his office so I could close on the deal I spoke about on the phone. I had a blank check and was not financing. I expected everything to go smoothly until his manager slid in to inform me that the vehicle I wanted had been recalled. From there it was pressure tactics to try and get me to buy another car that I did not need or want. Every sleazy sales tactic was used to try and pressure me into a car. First, I was told that a car was available that was not just to get my foot in the door. Secondly, I was kept waiting for an answer just to try and sell me into something I did not need. Finally, there was the arms folded hulking salesman to try and intimidate and pressure me. When I informed them I would not purchase from them I was only met with snobbery. They only cared about my money and when their scam sales tactics did not work they could not see me leave fast enough. There was no handshake, apology, thanks for coming by, walking me out, etc, it was just silence as he folded his arms and glared at me. I wasted several hours of my day because the dealership found it better to lie to me than be honest about their inventory. I ended up buying the exact car I needed at Adamson West in Bessemer. Do yourself a favor and do not believe any ads or information that Edwards Chevrolet on 280 tells you. It is all a ploy to get you in the door to try and take every penny.
Great customer service! Representative was very helpful and customer friendly. Also showed expertise and was knowledgeable about vehicles.
