I bought a wireless guitar for a playstation 2, in November 2007, it was defective to this day it has not been replaced. I have been trying since December to exchange it, since it was a gift for my son for Christmas. I have called customer service,and haved gone too and called three different stores several times. I live 2 to 3 hours from all of these stores. I was told in Janurary that one of the stores was waiting for a shipment and that they would call me as soon as they got the guitar in. It is now April and guess what no call and no guitar. I called again today and I was told that it is now a discontinued item, and for me to call again in the morning to speak to another manager. If you want great customer service, you want to be given the run around, and be ignored continue shopping at Toys R Us. From now on I am buying my toys and bikes at Wal-Mart for better customer service & low prices!!
