First saw two doctors here when I moved to Birmingham four years ago. Terrible patient care from doctors and staff. I worked healthcare for 30 years and this is one bad, bad clinic. Now I have waited for three weeks to have my medical chart transferred to my present doctor ..... nothing from them after signing a medical release and being contacted by my present physician. I will have to go down and personally ask for my medical records. Do not go to this clinic!
Dr. Daughtry is great!! Staff is very nice and professional. If your looking for a excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. He's the one.
Alabama men's clinic talk a big game and all the care about is your money , they make you pay for everything up front and string you along till time becomes a factor . And when things just don't work out , the refuse to give you a refund , I strongly agree to do your home work on this company before you invest and get disappointed,
The company made a mess of my billing. They didn't pay attention to anything other than the immediate payoff. I went through 4 account managers within 1.25 years. I was promised experienced billers who knew how to bill in my field, but 3 out of the 4 times it was someone who didn't know anything about my field. It seemed that I was teaching them how to bill for me. After I had left, I found out through my new billing company that they had not sent in a charge for over $50k of my billing. When I asked them about it, their reply was its your problem not ours. Horrible company, I would stay away.
I've gone to this clinic for years. I am always met with compassion, professionalism. The doctors, especially Dr. D. Is one of the best!
I love the Narrows! I have been a patient there for 7 years. The office staff is VERY helpful. You don't have to have an appointment and they have always gotten me back very fast! The nurses and doctors have always listened to my symptoms and sat and discussed my treatment options. They feel more like a teammate in my health than the normal patient/doctor relationship. I have also had several referrals done from this office and they were all done by the next day. The billing department goes above and beyond in helping with my insurance. I tell all my friends and family to go to the Narrows. You won't get better treatment anywhere!
Horrible front desk and nurse - all i wanted was a referral to a specialty Dr. I paid for an office visit and was seen on a Friday. By the following Monday they still had not called in the referral and I had to call to see if they were ever going to. The front staff and nurse argued and made excuses. By the time they were done complaining they could have made the phone call several times over. And the billed me for an office visit - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
