Tried several times to call them and the phone was always a busy signal.
Being well located in the middle of downtown Birmingham it's so easy to make a quick stop to check out a book when you find yourself already nearby on a different errand. The emloyees at the time weren't the best but I wasn't there to mingle with people.
I showed two photo identifications for a driver's license renewal and was asked to sit down and wait. After 1h another lady called my name (just first name) and told me that I may also need my SS card and I might have to wait for nothing. She then made fun about the fact that she let all these people go ahead of me bc I didn't immediately respond when she just called my first name. Ain't these employees not able to pronounce last names? Aren't they supposed to know what documents are required at check in? Do we have to accept this this kind of public service? What do they get paid for? Why do I have to pay taxes and $36 for this crappy service which requires me to take off half a day from work to get a simple driver's license renewal? VERY VERY disappointing!
My son who is 10 now has played indoor soccer in this facility during the winter for the past 3 years. Great place to keep the kids active in the winter.
Thank you Mrs Spencer and two more people for going the extra mile for me on 10/21/2015 Kim Garth
Exceptionally rude employees. Racist. Left rather than try to do business with these people. If you are not Black find another DMV office.
I only gave one star because it was required. This is the worst establishment ever. The employees have bad attitudes. & it takes hours to get done what you need, due to the sluggish ways of the employees. I will not be returning to this place & i will not be recommending anyone to go either! Thanks for nothing!
