Purchased a vehicle from them and found out the next day from my mechanic that it needs a new motor. They won't do anything about it. They are not trustworthy. Do not buy from them!
I will never go anywhere else, I found the exact car we were looking for and had no problems with them or with our car. It was a pretty straight and forward process. I was referred by several friends, I will refer them and will only shop at Highline. The BEST price around and it was nothing like shopping at any other dealership. Thanks to Highline for our perfect car. I will be back to purchase my daughter a car next month.
I live an hour and a half from this dealership so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before I made the long drive. Bob sent me pics and we agreed on a price. I confirmed the price with him again on the morning I was driving up. I got there he confirmed AGAIN and we went for a test drive. I liked the jeep and we started the paperwork. After getting my information (including my bank, insurance company, & personal info) Bob went over the Carfax with me. While I was filling out the rest of the paperwork Bob said he couldn't sell the vehicle at the agreed upon price. I reminded him that I drove an hour and a half because we had agreed on a price. He told me that he was sorry but he wasn't going to sell the jeep at that price but he was still going to cut me a great deal by only raising the price by $500. I told him no and asked him one more time if he was going to honor his word, he said no. He apologized but I told him an apology was only worth the word of the nan giving it so his was worthless. Waste of time and gas dealing with these crooks. Completely dishonest.
They tried to sell me a car with that had been in a previous accident and had been rebuilt (but wasn't reported to the DMV so it didn't show on the CarFax and you couldn't tell from looking at it), and as a result of the accident the car's unibody frame was badly damaged. This was disclosed publicly at auction when Highline purchased the car, but they still tried to hide the issue and sell it for normal market value, though it is worth much less. This car is not only extremely unsafe, but it will require numerous maintenance repairs, such as the motor mounts that are already having to be replaced constantly because the frame is to weak to withstand the force from the engine of the car. I would never trust someone who would do this, especially not with this large of a purchase. STAY AWAY!
