I had a problem with my IPhone holding its charge. I went into the store on Gadsden Hwy in Trussville to get help. I was told the phone was still under warranty but since my account was 6 days past the due date, they could not replace the phone. I asked for a manager to see if they could override this policy. The manager never came from the back; instead he/she sent the rep back to me saying there was nothing they could do until the bill wasmpaid. I asked for the corporate number. I contacted corporate and they, without hesitation handled my issue. This store was not at all interested in helping the customer and from this point, I plan NOT to deal with them again.
Always a good place to shoot pool.nice people and never a dull moment. They do have virgin daquaries!
Swapped over from At&t and was completely impressed by the savings, professionalism, expertise and friendliness of the store and my rep Brian Pinson. He was exactly the reason i swapped and it was the best experience I've had in a cell phone store. Very much recommend.
Poorly trained to answer the topic I was calling about :-/
HORRIBLE service. Brian called me rude, cussed out my husband, and threatened to "break your f****** face in", all in front of our two year old daughter. All because the technician, Jared, decided to cause water damage to my phone so I could have to file a claim through my insurance. Let's recap: no integrity, threatens customers, doesn't promote customer service or the Sprint name. And, Sprint corporate states we can't cancel our service after this horrific incident without paying early termination fees. We will see about that.
