I showed two photo identifications for a driver's license renewal and was asked to sit down and wait. After 1h another lady called my name (just first name) and told me that I may also need my SS card and I might have to wait for nothing. She then made fun about the fact that she let all these people go ahead of me bc I didn't immediately respond when she just called my first name. Ain't these employees not able to pronounce last names? Aren't they supposed to know what documents are required at check in? Do we have to accept this this kind of public service? What do they get paid for? Why do I have to pay taxes and $36 for this crappy service which requires me to take off half a day from work to get a simple driver's license renewal? VERY VERY disappointing!
The service is terrible They keep from doing their job by using the answering service for the entire day have tried trying to contact some on every day for three weeks straight and will start again tomorrow.

The Social Workers That Work There Are No Good They Do Not Answer The Phone When Their Client Is Calling It Takes Up To Two Weeks Just For Them To Respond And They Are Always Late Doing Things..... And By The Way My Name Is Jordin Larry And I Was A Former Foster Care Client So I Kind Of Know How It Works..
I only gave one star because it was required. This is the worst establishment ever. The employees have bad attitudes. & it takes hours to get done what you need, due to the sluggish ways of the employees. I will not be returning to this place & i will not be recommending anyone to go either! Thanks for nothing!
They've really lost their touch.... We were in a group of about 10, they forgot 2 of our entrees, I had to ask 2 people, 4 different times to bring me my drink. I don;t know why it takes 30 minutes to bring me 1 bottle of beer.My food wasn't that good. The chile relleno peppers were old and mushy, the beef was fatty and over processed, the one waiter barely spoke any English which you kind of should be able to do in order to get everyone the right thing which was what caused most of our problems. I'll be sticking to my other 2 usual places.
