My fiancée had to come to this establishment to get an MRI. He has never had one before and was nervous. We got lost on the way to the appointment and called to ask for directions and to let them know we would be a little late. We sat down and started doing the paperwork when your receptionist screamed, "Sir are you almost finished your appointment was 5 minutes ago. They are waiting on you." Seriously? We called to tell you we got lost because we aren't from this area. Not to mention there is a lot of road work going on which made us take the long way around. My fiancée is already in pain but you embarrassed him in front of everyone in the waiting area. It isn't hard to be a nice person but your receptionist sure had a hard time with it.
They need to change how they handle referrals. When you call to check the status of your referral, they say "don't call us, we'll call you" and it never happens. As it turns out they didn't receive all of the fax with the Doctors notes to get approval from the insurance company, so they just let it sit there instead of following up with the Doctors office (over a week)...meanwhile the patient is suffering and has to start making phone calls (again) to find out why she is still waiting!
Great Company! Always on time and extremely professional. Easy to deal with and excellent prices
We went in today to get a print order and turn in ink cartridges. Everyone we came in contact with was rude and acted as if we were bothering them by coming in. It appeared they were too busy socializing to help a customer. When we picked up the cards the guy said we were lucky to be able to receive the cards he "literally just printed them 5 minutes ago." I know that isn't true since we were literally standing there for five minutes! I will not be using this Staples again. I would rather use Office Depot since they are always helpful and friendly when I go in.
If I could rate it lower than one star, I would. I called for some specialty staples. The lady said they were not in stock but could order them on the internet. I asked the company had an internet source they used frequently and she said, "Yes." I told her to get them. She then asked if I needed toner, etc. I told her "not at this time." She said she could not get anything for me if I were not already a customer. I assured her I would never be a customer. The name of the company should be "NOTHING for the office."
