        Overall

        Whomever Carla Coffman is, does not know how to speak to customers. U need to talk to her about her attitude and telling the customer to shut up. That is not at all how you treat customers, no matter how the customer is, she as the secretary needs to be kind and helpful at all times. Plus she gave my husband an incorrect 800 number
