ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT EVER TAKE THIS CAB SERVICE! If I could give negative stars I would! I didn't appreciate having to share the cab, especially if the cost wasn't reduced and I was charged so much! It was double what I was told! Ripoffs and scammers! I tried contacting the company, said they gave my number to the owner which never called! After multiple times of trying to call, the closest I got was someone standing next to the owner! Apparently it was my fault for not knowing the cab drivers name! They are supposed to keep logs! Never ever ever giving any taxi driver a tip again! From now on I am always going to get a taxi service's name, receipt and license plate! These people don't care about their customers! I am telling everyone I know to never take this cab service! Don't trust them! Don't use them!

Horrible !!!!!!!!!!

My god this along with the other cab company in freaking Binghamton are horrible. They lack communication, courtesy and respect! Most of their drivers are dirty and rude. They never ever come on time . If you requested a ride via Medicaid forget about it you really gonna have to wait! Horrible. The dispatcher are extremely rude when u complain to them

Chronic Unreliability

I've used Yellow Cab in the past. The taxi always arrives much later than the estimated time. Which can be expected when you call to have it as soon as it's available.

My car is down and I had an important appointment. I called an hour and a half in advance to schedule a taxi to arrive an hour before the appointment. No matter how late the taxi would be, I'd still make it, right? Not so much.

Calling in fifteen minute intervals after it was late, I was assured it was right around the corner. Fifty-five minutes after it was supposed to arrive, still no sign of the taxi. I missed my meeting.

DO NOT USE THEM. THE WORST! When I called first I was given 20 minutes wait time. 30 mins wait and no taxi. called again. Was told they didnt know where the street was. Gave them directions. Said it would take less than 10 mins. Waited in total for an hour an 15 mins. Finally called and cancelled. No apologies, no explanations. Just hung up on me. I have never received a worse customer service
