Rob was extremely disrespectful to me when I was trying to buy a car. He refused to answer my questions about the car and pushed me out of the shop and told me to Buy a car somewhere else. All in all it was terrible. I don’t recommend this shop.
I enjoyed my Jeep purchase from start to finish. I have also received exemplary service one year after my purchase and I'm looking forward to many more years. Bill Hanna welcomed me into the dealership like I was family. He provided me with a great and informative entertaining buying experience. He extended the best price from the minute I walked in with ho hassle, which is one of the many reasons I chose to purchase my vehicle at this dealership.Mike McCarthy, of their finance department, provided a no-pressure professional approach to inform me about additional insurance options and finance options. John Delanoy provides service for my Jeep as required. I have had excellent service from day one and always provided with a loaner vehicle. Each individual I have mentioned and dealt with at this dealership has increased my customer loyalty overtime. It is always a pleasure to walk into Binghamton Chrysler Jeep. I highly recommend the dealership and the Jeep brand name!

We learned after the fact about a Chrysler incentive program that could have helped us with the price. Two weeks later neither Chrysler nor the dealership would allow us the incentive. So if you're a prospective jeep purchaser make sure that you shop around and visit at least 3 dealers, at least twice.
Once again, disappointed. I wasn't going to let what they did bother me, but after sharing my story with numerous friends, family, and co-workers, I realized that I was only one of many that had a terrible experience at Jack Sherman. So I called Toyota directly and told them what happened. The woman on the phone couldn't believe it! She apologized for my experience numerous times. She said she was going to contact Jack Sherman directly and request they fix their mistake, but since they are a separate entity, she cannot force them to do so unfortunately. Sure enough, the next day I get a call from Greg, customer relations manager, following up on the complaint he received from Toyota. He basically told me there was nothing he could do (as the people above him had already informed him they did not care). It really is a shame that there are people out there willing to lie to customers to make a buck. I feel better knowing that I've at least prevented many colleagues from purchasing vehicles from this place. I highly recommend the Toyota Rav4- it is an excellent SUV. Just purchase it from a more ethical dealer. I've also noticed that any time Jack Sherman receives a bad review, someone immediately goes back on and gives them 5 stars and some generic review saying they are great to boost their ratings. Don't fall for it.
I have tried to call you and all I get is a fax scream. That is not a good way to run your business. I am interested in a pick-up truck and wanted to check with you.
I financed a car from here. I had all of the money except for $1000 and they charged me $500 in interest and even taxed me on the interest. They told me that any problems that may arise with the car they would fix for cost of parts. The car should have NEVER passed inspection. The tires were dry rotted, no brakes, rotted transmission lines, power windows didn't work, the frame was rusted through and the sub frame was completely rotted away. Also a few other things. When I brought it in all of a sudden the owner said I needed to pay for labor too. They were only available to fix things after 4 on 2 days a week. They would take forever to fix anything. I ended up taking it to Kost and that's when all of the major problems were pointed out. They gave me an itemized list of problems and told me that the car was not safe to drive at all. I took the list to J & Js and the owner refused to even look at the list. He was very mean. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
I was looking for a new truck or SUV for about six weeks, no where around the Binghamton area could find what I was looking for within my price range, with the miles I wanted and I couldn't find a bank to approve my loan. I went to Binghamton Chrysler Jeep Dodge and after looking at a few vehicles I didn't like what they had, after a few weeks the sales associate Jeremy gave me a call and said he found what I was looking for. We agreed on a price and they were able to find me a bank to approve the loan (and it wasn't a buy here pay here interest rate like 15%-22%, my rate was just below 6%). I brought my Jeep on a Friday so it wasn't done til that Monday but it was done on the day they said it was going to be. I am VERY satisfied with them and I am telling anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to check them out.
This is a great dealership! The salesman are really nice and knowledgable and I had a really great experience...highly recommend this place!
