They are capitalizing on YOUR grief. You need help and you want to save your family from being homeless. You may even have a job so they can suck the funds directly by EFT out of your account into theirs. They ripped me off for $2500. What did I get for that? Nothing, nothing but lies. Now lets consider this; if they are the experts don't you think that when you sit down in their office in the lovely Bingham Farms, MI, that they can know from their first conversation with you whether or not they can secure a mortgage modification for you in the first place. Of course they can they are the "experts" that's how they characterize themselves. So then why did they take my money and not help me at all. Because they are not a law office they are a group of people who are experts at ripping off people who are worried about losing their homes. That what they are.. These company is either unethical, incompetent or both. They will try to get you to pay for services you can often get for free through your lender or HUD. Check with your lender or HUD before you sign anything or pay any money to these snake oil salesmen.

If you think you've exhausted all your efforts Think Again. You will have to pay a sum initially and if there is a settlement fee but it beats paying for years to come money that could be for your retirement. Give them the opportunity to work in your behalf. They are very professional and so worth it.
