I was looking forward to returning to the restaurant we visited on our honeymoon 35 years ago and I was so disappointed. Great service but I was so disappointed with the menu which apparently changes very regularly. I was disappointed with the lack of a fresh seafood options and the extremely small portions. I guess you can just never recreate an old memory.
Food was good, service terrible. It was extremely crowded. We did get a table but since you must order at the front of the restaurant, we wanted to keep our table and did not order at the same time. Gumbo on menu but they didn't have gumbo. I received my food about 30 minutes later than my friend. I had water to drink and it was never refilled. My friend ordered bisque and it was barely warm. Our food was very salty but edible. Won't be going back anytime soon.
The food was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. It is a nice cozy building that was clean. The employees were very nice and Sita was very kind and gave us a military discount. Thanks for a great breakfast.
On my first time visit to a Jimmy John's ever was awesome, the service was fast, my order was correct and food was great! I have been to the Biloxi Ms. location and Baton Rouge La Coursey Blvd locations and I have always had a great experience with these locations. The management, atmosphere, appearance, and employees makes the difference!
I just spoke with the Manager on Pass Road, Biloxi about how come Jimmy John's does not bag the sandwich when an order is to go? He explained this is how corporate trains the personnel as the brand is to give the sandwich to the customer and if help is needed the staff will assist to bag. He mentioned to his corporate office this is the south and bagging a sandwich is the final action for the customer relations.
