I have brought my teenage son twice (once to OG office, once to Biloxi). Story was the same. The wait time is beyond offensive. You will wait multiple hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. On our second visit, we didn't even see the doctor we had an appt with (Leis) but with Debra, who I assume is a nurse practitioner. I don't know. She didn't identify herself although she was nice and professional during the visit. She said she would call in a prescription for my son (never did). I had to call the office today to remind them of that. The woman on the phone said she would call it in when she could get to it - Unbelievably unprofessional. I also had to remind them that someone was supposed to call yesterday about setting my son up for physical therapy. The patient should NEVER have to remind the office to do their job. Doctors, if you read these comments, I implore you to fix the problems in your office. I would not have any clients if I treated mine like you treat yours.
Extremely Long wait times. I've spent 2-1/2 hours in this office over 2 days. I had an early am appt (my first) & filled out the forms online. Arrived 20 mins early as requested & waited 1 hour to be seen. I had to go back to work and they didn't know how much longer it would be, so I rescheduled for the next day. I showed up 10 mins early as requested. Got called back after 20 minutes. Got x-rays which took 5 minutes (very efficient in this area) & waited 35 mins in exam room to see the doctor. He spent 5 minutes w/me & said I needed a test & a brace. Told me to wait & they schedule the test and give me the details. After another 15 mins, I saw the nurse and told her I had to go back to work. She came in 10 mins later & said they didn't have med size braces & come back in 2 days. And I have to call back to schedule the test. This is a volume based office which seems to have no respect for your time. Since I've only seen a Dr for 5 mins I have no idea as to their expertise
