Dirty, nasty, pull out couch that was destroyed (no possible way to use) so we had to make do (kids had to sleep with adults) three to a double bed. Service desk offered no solution. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR IS A BETTER OPTION!!!MANAGER WOULD NOT LEAVE HIS ROOM TO DEAL WITH THE MATTER.

Save yourself time & money, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER booking a room at this motel!!!!! It is pathetic! No iron or hair dryer in room. Cold water is HOT! Room stinks & extremely small. Would NEVER waste my time here agan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spend a little more & save a whole lot more time & enjoy your vacation somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Overall rating is too high because I had to rate it! Deserved a 0!
Sat 7/23/16 we booked a room at this location room was very clean and comfortable staff on the other hand not so nice if you need help from the front desk you best be non argumentive because the attitudes here are very short i guess they figure with a rating of 9.3 on the front door and a gold award banner hanging outside they are doing everything right good luck with that i will not return
Positives: Clean, Air condition worked great, Quiet room, Very nice staff, We were able to park by our room. Near the beach and many other places nearby to eat, shop etc.. Negatives: The water in the bathtub was greenish/browning/cloudy. So we only took showers (great water pressure). The pillows were very small and flat. (but they give you many) (I would bring your own) The lobby is across the parking lot from your room. Bring your own toliet paper because they will give you 1 at a time and you will be walking back and forth often. (luckily it didn't rain during our stay) The pool is next to the lobby, which is across the parking lot from your rooms too. And the main thing we didn't like was breakfast. Eggs were watery and just no taste, bacon was hard to chew. Biscuit tastes frozen. We went back, but only for cereal and milk, apple juice, yogurt, oatmeal and banana.
Family was very excited about our until we got to the Super 8 hotel, first off as I was standing in line to check in at this hotel and the people that are already there is having trouble getting their reserved rooms because they are saying they can't find these people reservation, I'm standing there thinking surly I'm not going to have a problem my rooms were already paid for 3 rooms in full online got a confirmation number, the clerk name Michelle said she didn't see my reservations she asked if it was under names or if I even made the reservation for their hotel I told her they were the only Super 8 on Beach Blvd on th Coast so the manager called the other hotel that is not on the beach and they did have it either I showed them my confirmation number and the clerk Michelle started talking to another employee instead of looking through the computer to find my rooms, the manager told me to I need to call Hotels.com to see why our rooms are not reserved, i call and put them on speaker and come to find out our rooms were reserved in the Super 8 hotel computer yet the manager kept saying he had no room available and my rooms were already paid for, my 13 family members was tired, I was very very disappointed and embarrassed at that hotel front desk and services of the this hotel, the rooms were not in good appearance, item in the rooms were not working(iron leaked water and stained my blouse, toilet seat was broken in my room, coffee maker had old coffee left from someone else's use) same thing in the other rooms I reserved, just disappointed. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN!!!
We originally checked into two rooms. The rooms were full of ceiling material and dead bugs. Not to mention the beds looked tile they had been slept in without being cleaned. I called the front desk and had them move us to two new rooms. When we walked in, these rooms were worse than the first two. While waiting for my money back, there were three other people that came in complaining that something was wrong in their rooms as well. My suggestion is that these people need to get better maintenance and maid services.
