Had a death in the family and ended up 1 month, $20 past due and received a registered letter saying I had 48 hrs to pay or they would notify law enforcement and press charges. They also claimed that they tried calling me or coming by, NEITHER OF THESE HAPPENED! WILL HAVE THEM COME GET THEIR EQUIPMENT ASAP AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT!!
Owner/operator not only has zero customer service skills, they are negative. Appears to have been provided business by mommy and daddy because he could not sustain employment in normal working environment. Is perfectly happy collecting money when all conditions are good; but, when they are less than ideal, acts like a spoiled little kid. This is Montana – conditions are not always perfect. Definitely do not need someone like this on my property.
I stopped in their store and was amazed at the product line they have! Three different types of water and bottled in all different sizes. They also have 20 pound bags of ice! If you put a calculator to ityou are almost paying half price for ice if you stop there. Who knew. Two thumbs up!!Robert
I Love American WaterI don't understand people that use the "disabled" card as a reason to complain. I'm a disabled vet and american water works great with me.I asked them to call me when they get to my home cause I realize that people can't always hear you yell "Come in".They always do and greet me with a smile.Plus, I'm disabled and I leave my home everyday with the help of my nurse.
I ordered water days in advance... driver said I wasn't home... Which is crap being I'm disabled... The owner is rude and dismissive. Wouldn't even give a discount.
