My advice is to stay away from this place! Lied to me from the getgo. Terrible experience and I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Worst dealership experience ever!!!!!
What a joke. They wanted to charge 20 percent or higher for interest because of first time buyer. And said that that's what a bank would be asking also.Went to another dealership and got a loan from a bank for 11 percent. Never a gain.

The manager said he’d look into it, but a few more days go by and I call him back, to have him tell me that he could not justify replacing the windshield as too much time had passed since purchasing the vehicle. He did mention that he was willing to replace the windshield at cost, and honestly I took that as an insult. As far as I was concerned he had basically told me that he did not believe me, but was willing to at least not make a profit off of me to make me go away. If not replacing the windshield for free, as any good dealership would have done, the dealership should have at least offered to split the cost of the windshield. The only question I have is with as much as they avoided cleaning the car if they actually knew the damage was there to begin with and knowingly sold me the damaged car.
This dealership SUCKS.....they are a RIP OFF, do not do business with these creepy people. Steve knew I was in a really bad position and LIED THROUGH HIS DAMN TEETH to get my money no matter what was wrong with the vehicle I bought
FANTASTIC AUTO DEALER! My entire family has always bought our cars from Taylor's Choice and have always been very pleased. We have enjoyed Mark and his crew for 15+ years. Three cars for me. 2 SUV's for my husband, 2 cars for my son, 2 trucks for my sister, -etc, etc, etc! Never a problem. ABOVE AND BEYOND- My son was driving his Impala we had previously purchased to Missoula for college and smelled oil as he was driving, He called Mark and Mark paid for a check up in Missoula and it turned out the smell was from our Son spilling oil around the engine and Mark paid to have it cleaned up and an oil change to put his mind at ease! Now that is service!!!
They sold me a car that was already falling apart. The day after we got it we figured out the heater core was gone and after I told them they told me they would split the cost with me, even though it was already messed up before I bought it. They took advantage of me because I'm young, even after seeing I was a mom of a 7 month old. I would never recommend this place!!
Great experience for me. Found a very nice vehicle for a great price. Would have loved to get a bit more on my trade in and thought the $169 document fee was a bit much, nothing unfair. Love the vehicle I got and loved the no pressure salesmanship they employ. Would buy there again.
good service to begin but very untruthful. we bought a vehicle from them turns out the vehicle was unsafe. they are bad dealers they dont care about people they just wanna sell the cars even if unsafe i would recommend never buying from these guys we bought a car for 4250$ and now are putting $2000 into it to get it fixed and safe to drive.
Worst experience I have ever had. Got a car that has a TON of issues. We went back to give them a second chance to make it right and they blew us off and pushed us aside. I will not come back and I will not refer anyone here. I hope they feel awful screwing me over while my husband was overseas!
My wife and I bought our new used car from carmart 360. They had a great price and have great service. They were easy to deal with and they've got a really nice deal where you can take your car back after 3 days if you change your mind.
