This clinic has a waiting list a mile long! When you call to ask about services for your child, you get the runaround and the owner is not a pleasant person to talk to on the phone or in-person. He is somewhat terse and ill-mannered! Instead of dealing with him to try to get help for my son, I have decided to take my business to Blue Skies Therapy in Billings.
Lots of drama happens at this clinic behind closed doors. Sitting in the waiting room is bad and there is no receptionist working there to help you with questions or paperwork. The owner will walk by you and he never says hello or is friendly.
Scheduling therapy or just asking questions about therapy services over the phone is an ordeal. The guy who takes your phone call is rude and he talks down to you like you are little kid. Many of the therapists are young and inexperienced and the clinic waiting room is absolutely filthy! I let my little girl play on the waiting room floor with toys, and when we left the clinic her hands and feet were black. Going there is an awful experience.
Kids are treated like livestock at Therapy Connections. That's how they treated my son with autism. He was seen as a source of income for them and nothing else. It's about money $$$ and not what is best for children with disabilities. Shame on them!
I love this place and highly recommend them. Terry has brought us amazing results with our twins. Terry really seems like she cares about our twins. She also tells me how to work with the boys at home, which gives us faster results. Also, they waive our copayment. If I could, I would add a star. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a speech therapist.
The bottom line here is the all mighty dollar. Your child comes second. This is very sad since they do have one great person working for them.
