I wanted to recommend Village Rentals and thank Tanya, i believe is the owners name, as your source of renting anything. I rented a boom lift for 3 days from them. I used it and had it back to Billings, Mt on a Sat. night at 7pm. It needed to be back to their shop by 10am Sunday morning. Well my alarm went off at 9am and i totally forgot why it did, and turned it off and went back to sleep. Pretty soon it hit me!...I WAS TO HAVE THE BOOM BACK AT 10AM.....well needless to say it was 11am. The help there sounded like all was cool after i told them what happend. We unhooked and went to check out and he said that will be another $55.00 because i was late. I said honestly your not going to give me a break?. He said sternly you need to pay $55.00...So i said i wanted to talk to the owners in case they would waive that mistake for me. He did not want to call and kept insisting i pay that amount. I finally told him i am not paying nothing UNTIL i talk to the owners.. If i have to pay ,then i will, but i need his boss on the phone. He so did not want to, but knew i was not going to pay anything until i talk to the owners. So he finally called and told them someone was here that rented a lift and would not pay the full amount, which i instantly said, I DID NOT SAY I WOULD NOT PAY, I SAID I WOULD NOT PAY UNTIL I TALK TO THE OWNER!. I did not appreciate the twist of words he used ,or should i say the lack of words. I only wanted to know if the owner would waive it , if not, then i would pay as it was right, i was an hour late. Tanya , i believe is her name got on the phone. I explained that i was so sorry to bother her on a Sunday Morning but i rented this machine for 3 days, used it 2 hours in those 3 days and i accidentally slept in and was late for an hour. She immediately said, since i rented it for 3 days that she would waive it after she heard why i was late. $55.00 really is not a lot of money in this world no more ,but it was good to see her integrity and her understanding. She was pleasant and realized that her customer was important. I want to thank her for doing that small gesture for Copperleaf LLC. I will rent more from them in the future. The guy giving me a bad time, i understand he had a job to do, and was trying to avoid phoning his boss. Next time though he needs to know not to put his own words in. I never said i would not pay , i said i would not pay till i talk to the owners. There is a big difference. But he handled my refusal ok, not good, but ok. THANKS VILLAGE RENTALS AND TANYA FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF A SMALL THING AND FOR YOUR SUPPORT. I will rent from you again!!! and so will our Company, Copperleaf LLC
they need to have better training with employees on what is safe and what isnt safe when people return the equipment they rent. not some moron they hire for 10 bucks an hour saying it looks good to me thats why they have a high turn over of employees

This is my secret propane retailer! Always someone available and never a long wait in line. They have been in buisness longer than any other rental place in Billings. I love the "Family Atmosphere" and free popcorn. Thanks Village Rentals if it wasn't having your tools for my own, Wheels for Women would never have got it's start thanks!!
Wonderful customer service. The knowledge & ability to suggest the right tool for the job I need to do saves me so much time. I've been in Billings since 2004 and have worked for several locally owned companys, and they all have utilized this resource. It is the GO TO PLACE IN BILLINGS FOR WHAT YOU NEED! THE NAME SAYS IT ALL "TOTAL RENTAL"!
