Worse car buying experience ever. These people are dishonest. I bought my car almost 2 months ago. I gave them this much time to try and fix their lies. uncaring. and misleading behavior. They told me that they are trying to do things right so they can overcome the reviews they got while in the old building. They are failing miserably.  Problem 1, they said they would take my car in trade.  This was a flat out lie. to make it worse they did all the paperwork while leading me to believe they were indeed taking my car in trade. problem 2. they said they needed a $1000 deposit. I told them I wouldn't have that till the end if the following weeks. They said no problem give us a check and they will hold it. The deposited it immediately.  I have overdraft protection but still get charged an over draft fee which I was charged for 3 of. I called about 30 times and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They just didn't care. as we were leaving with our new car they handed us a folder and one set of keys. I assumed this was the paperwork.  It was not. It was just a vehicle inspection folder which had nothing filled out. Now I know I should not have assumed that my paperwork was inside the folder. I gave called for 2 months trying to get my paperwork and extra set of keys. I even told them through a text to the sales managers call phone I'm not worried about the money they cost me with the check. nor do I care that they didn't actually take my trade in. I just want my Other set of keys and a copy of my paperwork.  I know I  am partially responsible because I trusted they were doing the right thing and didn't check things with the paperwork. Bottom line is they are manipulative and dishonest. Everyone makes mistakes. It's what you do with the mistake. Rim Rock Kia doesn't care to do anything to make things better. Well I have to close this up. so many other places to leave my reviews.

I've called the service department all week in order to make an appointment to get maintenance done before a long road trip and have only received an answering service. I've left several messages and haven't received a call back.
