        Overall

        My interaction with this company was not ideal. My appliance never got fixed, and I question the technical knowledge of the proprietor as he was unable to fix a problem that the next fellow was able to easily diagnose and fix. That said, I think that David cares for his customers and about being fair, which is more than can be said for many in our world today.
