        Overall

        Poor management and skills. Arrogance of CPOs makes impossible to get a good fit and when you state your pain or discofort they will blame you and suggest you need physical therapy. It is NOT in your mind that you hurt... it is their ineptitude that is causing it. I tried for 1 1/2 years to get a good fit and they weren't able to do it. I contacted the Corporate with photos dates and complaints and they completely reversed the insurance charges. If you aren't happy contact the complaint area at Hanger.com or don't go to them in the first place (Billings Montana location)
